Warranty

All HUGGS products are warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not cover problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Discolouration from dye transfer is not covered under warranty.

Because sheepskin is a product of nature there may be some natural variations and imperfections in the colour and texture and this only adds to the personality and flavour of ugg boots. This may cause variety in the fit and feel of some sheepskin items. These natural imperfections and variations are not covered under the warranty.

When ordering keep in mind that sheepskin fleece can reduce in size when worn for extended periods and this can make boots feel ‘looser’. A spare pair of sheepskin insoles can bring back that ‘as new snug feel’. When ordering it is recommended to buy 1/2 size down to give your boots room to expand as the wool fleece crushes.

Returns

The product being returned or exchanged must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that any dirt or debris is removed. Dirty boots or boots with obvious normal wear and tear will be returned to the customer.

Shipping charges must be paid by customer for returns and are non-refundable. HUGGS are not responsible for any packages lost in return transit.

Unwanted gifts can be returned only after email communication with HUGGS within 30 days of order, and only if returned in original packaging and condition. A restocking fee of 15% will apply for unwanted gifts.

All shipping costs for incorrect sizes are the responsibility of the customer. Our sizing system is based on actual measurements of the foot, HUGGS will not be held responsible for the customer gicing incorrect sizes.

Shipping

You will generally receive your order within 10-15 days of ordering (After we confirm sizing & payment). We will try to ship everything in your order to you in one shipment to make sure you receive the fewest packages possible.  However, If we do need to send you more than one package, you wont have to pay any more than what appears on your order.

*Any import duties, taxes & brokerage fees required by your country’s government or customs is the responsibility of the customer.
